Happy Hour Wine Ice Cream

We are best known for our wine ice cream desserts, especially those made with homemade port wine. From former sailors to friends, family, and now business partners, our veteran-owned, minority business combines unique cakes and cookies with carefully selected homemade port wines, offering a harmonious and indulgent experience.

My partner, who was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at 28, overcame her illness and, after taking a hiatus from work, began making port wine using her father's recipe and fruits from her garden.

Although it was an immediate hit, she only shared it with family and friends until moving to Maryland and partnering with me. With a new environment and more free time, we started making wine ice cream, blending her homemade port wine with unique cakes and cookies.

My journey began with a love for creating delicious cakes despite my struggles with decoration. One day, after combining a tasty but unattractive cake with wine, I had an epiphany that it would make a fantastic ice cream. I spent a week perfecting the recipe, and when I finally combined the three, it was an instant hit. Word spread quickly, and soon, people were asking for more.
